30 Day Challenge journal:
I have taken up the 30 day challenge to see if I can still gain height at
the age of 25 where I'm pretty much supposed to expect that I will not grow any
taller. I have nothing to lose. I'm unemployed (for now) and have plenty of time
on my hands. No girlfriend, no obligations. Let's do this.
First month: November

2014 - December 20, 2014
Week 1:
November 20 -
November 27
- Preliminary exercises (stage
I) to prepare body, muscles and spine for growth (twice a day)
- Fixed posture and sleeping habits that would affect growth potential
- Gathered ingredients for HGH drink from whole foods and trader
joe's.
Week 2: Novmber 28 -
December 4
- Regular exercises (stage II) and
preliminary exercises (stage I). There are 15 different stage II
exercises in the eBook, but the eBook
advised that it's best to only do 5 of the 15 exercises per day in week 2 to
avoid overexertion, so that's what I did. I did 5 stage II exercises
one day, another 5 different stage II exercises the next day, and so
on. Once I got through all 15 exercises, I just switched things up by
doing 5 different stage II exercises every day.
- Prepared HGH drink recipe/cocktail using blender and drank it every
night
Week
3: December 5 - December 12
- Continued
regular height gain exercises (stage II) and preliminary exercises
(stage I). Same routine, 5 different stage II exercises every day as
well as the preliminary (stage I) exercises.
- Prepared HGH drink recipe/cocktail using blender and drank it every
night
- Took 2 days rest on
December 10 - December 12 to prepare my body for Stage III of the growth
program.
- Measured at end of week and noticed 1.93 inch growth
Week 4: December 13 - December 20
- Advance height gain exercises
(stage III) it takes about 30-45 minutes to complete the 10 advanced
exercises. I usually did the exercises before going to bed because
that's what the eBook advised for maximum results. I did these
exercises once a day (every
night)
- Prepared HGH drink
recipe/cocktail using blender and drank it every night

Measured at end of week
and noticed an additional ~1.16 inch growth.
Goal: I
don't know if I'm aiming too high but I'd be over the moon if I could
get myself to 6 foot. It's every man's dream. I'm going to keep it up
for another month or two and see how I go..
